Dinner at the Restaurant Field

In the middle of an open field stands a beautifully laid table. A warm summer breeze wafts through the garden; all you can hear are the sounds of nature and the aroma of food cooking. Welcome to the unique Restaurant Pellolla (Restaurant Field) – a dining experience where food, nature and people come together in a way you won’t find anywhere else.

Dinner in the heart of the fields

Guests arrive in the heart of a vibrant garden setting, where most of the ingredients for the dinner have been grown just a few metres from the dining table. Today, the best flavours of the harvest season are showcased in a five-course menu that tells the story of the field, its harvest and the uniqueness of Finnish nature.

A dinner menu featuring ingredients from our own fields

Every dish on the dinner menu is carefully prepared using organic vegetables and herbs from Green City Farm. The menu has been designed by Perho alumna Emma Vistrand, who studied on the Erasmus+ AgriCulinary course and is passionate about combining modern gastronomy, pure flavours and responsible cooking. The bread served at dinner is baked by alumna Saara Pasonen. Precise recipes, high-quality flour and authentic baking skills ensure that freshly baked bread complements the flavours of the menu.
