Green City Farm in Projects for a Sustainable Future

Perho Green City Farm is actively involved in several sustainability-focused projects. In the Erasmus+ AgriCulinary pilot training, students gain hands-on experience in sustainable food production both in the field and in the kitchen, while collaborating internationally with partners in Denmark and Norway.

The farm also takes part in the Food for Planet and People project, promoting the planetary health diet in cooperation with educational institutions from Denmark and Spain.

Through the Urban & Local project, the farm develops indoor farming and innovative solutions to strengthen local food chains in collaboration with other schools and regional partners in the Helsinki area.

These initiatives allow Green City Farm to foster a sustainable food culture and educate the professionals of the future.
