AgriCulinary online learning space
The AgriCulinary ideology is a new way of thinking that connects agriculture and culinary arts. It focuses on sustainability and creating new business opportunities. This approach is useful for vocational students who want to develop skills in both horticulture and the culinary industry.
This AgriCulinary online learning space is the result of three Nordic vocational schools’ innovative work in the Erasmus+ KA2 project called AgriCulinary. We hope you will use it and join us in the movement towards more intentional food production.
By combining farming with cooking, AgriCulinary creates a sustainable way to work and develop new ideas. It improves professional skills and opens doors to new careers, including entrepreneurship and new job roles.
